Requirements

Candidates must have 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on integration and automation. Strong proficiency in Node.js/JavaScript, API integration, and data transformation is required. Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Puppeteer is also necessary. Experience with React for building internal UIs, RPA tools, workflow orchestration tools like Zapier or n8n, and deep experience with file parsing and data extraction from PDFs, Excel, and CSVs are considered bonuses.

Responsibilities

The Senior Backend Engineer will build and maintain automation services to connect internal tools, third-party platforms, and data pipelines. They will also power intelligent workflow orchestration for the Payroll team.
