Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong foundation in software development principles and practices. Experience with AI/ML technologies and LLMs is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of LLM-based agents, creating a platform for other teams to utilize ML capabilities and deploying ML services to production. You will measure and improve retrieval systems, develop comprehensive evaluation metrics, build APIs and scalable systems, develop tools for ML training and inference, write prompts, implement benchmarking systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify LLM solution needs and shape the technical roadmap. You will also be responsible for building machine learning services and data pipelines to automatically extract insights about competitors from various data sources and maintain and develop services utilizing a broad array of ML techniques.
