Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, and at least 3 years of experience in AI platform development. Strong understanding of agentic architectures, modern AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and distributed computing concepts are required. Experience with semantic data processing and observability infrastructure is also desired.

Responsibilities

The Senior AI Platform Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing agentic systems, building autonomous AI agents with sophisticated reasoning capabilities, and developing intelligent tool integrations. They will also drive the creation of observability infrastructure to monitor and manage the AI-first platform, and contribute to the overall architecture of the Kustomer AI Engine. Furthermore, they will collaborate on the development of agent-to-agent communication systems and ensure the platform’s scalability and reliability.
