Candidates must have 5+ years of experience building enterprise-grade applications using an object-oriented language, with solid experience in .NET Framework and ASP.NET. Strong hands-on experience with MVC, Web API frameworks, and RESTful APIs is required, along with familiarity with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework. Proficiency in relational database design and SQL querying, a deep understanding of SOLID principles, and strong testing skills (unit, integration, API, performance) are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, with a focus on writing maintainable, testable code using design patterns and best practices. Familiarity with modern authentication protocols, NoSQL databases, Microservices, advanced architectural patterns, cloud-native applications, event-driven systems, and containerized applications are considered advantageous.
The Senior Back-End Developer will own and drive product features from technical design to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product and QA. Responsibilities include tackling technical debt by identifying weak spots and proposing scalable solutions, writing clean, testable, and high-performance code that adheres to internal standards, and contributing to milestones by ensuring code meets the Definition of Done. The role also involves sharing technical ideas and solutions effectively with the team and staying curious by researching and testing new tools, frameworks, and strategies to maintain a modern and efficient tech stack.
