Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold an active U.S. Secret security clearance
At least two years of software development or infrastructure engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or two additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree
Ability to be on call on a rotating basis
Previously demonstrated experience in Linux system admin
Experience using and/or administrating a variety of open-source technologies
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
Familiarity with one or all of the following: Bash/Python/Perl/Ruby
Ansible Tower or AWX writing Ansible playbooks and roles
Satellite and Puppet
Windows system admin experience

Responsibilities

Writing playbooks and modules to implement hardening controls and manage configuration tools in a variety of environments at different accreditation levels
Upgrading, supporting, and optimizing tools to create a highly available, resilient, and self-healing environment
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the automation tools and their implementation
Recommending and implementing changes to enhance, stabilize, and secure ongoing operation of automation tools
