Responsibilities

  • Support go-to-market planning for products and segments, helping to educate and enable agents to grow their book of business
  • Assist in the creation and management of agent-facing marketing assets, including brochures, sales kits, training materials, and digital content
  • Contribute to the development of creative tools and resources that drive agent engagement and support business objectives
  • Collaborate with sales enablement platform owners to implement content strategies across enablement technologies
  • Help evolve agent communications through segmented campaign strategies and new platform capabilities
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on plans and execution
  • Apply marketing expertise and performance insights to improve engagement across channels and formats
  • Partner with product and compliance teams to ensure marketing materials meet regulatory standards
  • Leverage voice-of-the-customer feedback and performance data to support continuous improvement
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance and reporting results to key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate Humana’s values and support new ways of working through collaboration and initiative
