Experience with incident management processes and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also required.
The Senior Associate Reliability Operations will be responsible for 24x7 monitoring and support of cloud-based SaaS infrastructure and applications, responding to alerts during assigned shifts, managing and mitigating service disruptions, and escalating issues to SMEs as needed. They will also participate in deployments and change management, troubleshoot and resolve common issues, assist in defining SLAs and SLOs, perform routine checks, document incident resolutions, and contribute to an internal knowledge base while serving as a key escalation point and mentor to junior team members.
