Responsibilities

  • Display strong consulting and collaboration skills to work with partners to understand business problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution, including clarifying and defining business needs, requirements, and use cases
  • Work autonomously on large and small scale projects that have a direct impact on Corporate Strategy operations and culture; effectively and independently identify and solve problems to improve current and future operations
  • Influence team and leadership as needed to ensure a timely, well-managed deliverable
  • Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines, and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and/or escalate as needed
  • Design, develop, and manage processes in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
  • Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans to ensure delivery, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work; remain highly organized and process-oriented with attention to detail, while establishing context and sound reasoning for data-driven decision making
  • Ensure status reports are submitted regularly, accurate, appropriately detailed, and visible to all relevant stakeholders; maintain key project documentation
  • Proactively identify and remediate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary; leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent; identify ways to improve and streamline business processes
  • Build relationships as an active and engaged member of a team that is working on delivering features to associates and/or business partners
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within Corporate Strategy and across the enterprise, particularly in chief of staff functions and HR, to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership that effectively drives delivery
  • Influence and organize teams of individuals to effectively achieve goals
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and functional performers to capture, track, and drive resolution of defects and enhancements; manage program communications and reporting, leveraging central repository for archival of artifacts
