Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working in Product Management
  • Knowledge and passion for emerging technologies (APIs, Big Data, Native UIs) and emerging technologies to incorporate into building great products
  • Ability to use SQL to build a data-backed strategy, identify insights, and troubleshoot issues
  • Knowledge and passion for data products, API integrations, mobile and web development
  • Comfortable with backend products and challenging the norm
  • Product centric mindset to take a product from ideation to production and continually iterate improvements
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Strong communicator who can advance initiatives and create consensus through clear, concise, and contextually relevant messaging
  • Results focused and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Enjoys working with diverse people, driving the team toward a common goal, putting the team before yourself, and establishing long-lasting relationships
  • Preferably: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related) or MBA with quantitative concentration
  • Preferably: Experience translating business strategy

Responsibilities

  • Lead an engineering team to design and deliver product features for customers, agents, and merchants
  • Build a roadmap, own the backlog, and prioritize high-leverage features grounded in both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Build and maintain partnerships with leaders and stakeholders to influence and advance your agenda
  • Define, socialize, and monitor key performance metric indicators to understand the evolution and success of the product
  • Apply strategic thinking to delivering product features that are well managed, including collaborating effectively with risk, compliance, legal, and privacy partners
  • Own day-to-day setting and monitoring of KPIs
  • Own day-to-day operations of the product, including identifying bugs or leverage opportunities via comprehensive understanding of data
  • Identify, prioritize, and launch innovative, customer, agent, and merchant-focused payment products that drive revenue and customer value
