Requirements

  • Strong operational rigor and on-ground problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage 3PL relationships and collaborate with logistics partners, courier networks, and internal teams (supply, finance, operations)
  • Experience in last-mile delivery operations, including allocation, dispatch, tracking, and performance management
  • Proficiency in monitoring SLAs and key metrics (TAT, Delivery Success Rate, FAD, RAD to OFD, RTO %, Zero Attempt RTO)
  • Skills in performance analysis, process improvement, and driving initiatives to reduce RTOs and improve efficiency
  • Capability to handle customer, store, and partner escalations with timely resolution
  • Experience in planning, reporting (daily/weekly/monthly MIS), and supporting business planning

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day last-mile delivery operations: allocation, dispatch, tracking, and delivery performance
  • Monitor SLAs, ensuring compliance on TAT, Delivery Success Rate, and customer experience
  • Identify top issues across hubs, lanes, and partners to improve consistency and reliability
  • Work closely with 3PL partners, courier service providers, and internal logistics/supply teams to remove operational bottlenecks
  • Build strong relationships with delivery partners and vendors to help them operate profitably
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, logistics, supply, experience) for seamless end-to-end execution
  • Analyse key metrics such as FAD, RAD to OFD, RTO %, Zero Attempt RTO, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Drive initiatives to reduce RTOs and uplift delivery efficiency and customer experience
  • Lead process improvement projects and support adoption of tech-led solutions
  • Handle escalations from customers, stores, and partners with timely resolution
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reporting for last-mile delivery performance
  • Support business planning through structured MIS
