Requirements

  • Proficient knowledge of G Suite with strong skills in Google Sheets and Google Slides
  • Experience interpreting metrics and trends
  • Experience in Campus Programs or Recruiting

Responsibilities

  • Execute the talent and performance management processes and proactively monitor performance trends and outcomes
  • Interact with HR partners, stakeholders, and managers to keep all informed and supported through performance and talent processes
  • Help improve Talent & Performance Management processes and resources
  • Lead allocation and rotation role placements for FRP associates including education, communication, and execution
  • Own the end-to-end execution of people leader engagement and communication
  • Assist in program health surveys, including survey design, distribution, analysis, and presenting stakeholder-ready insights and recommendations to program leadership
  • Support off-cycle people leader changes to ensure the highest level of support for program associates
  • Execute and support the FRP extended support network including Development Advisors and Class Champs
