Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate Delivery Manager, you will build and maintain up-to-date tracking of roadmap commitments and align expectations between Product and Technology stakeholders, while maintaining effective communication and transparency; facilitate and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; identify and remove blockers and dependencies with other engineering teams across the organization while empowering them to self-organize and make project decisions; identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency and productivity; facilitate the prioritization and sequencing of backlog items to align with value and strategic importance; provide transparent reporting on project progress, risk factors, launch plans and results; balance resource limitations to maintain the highest-quality product standards while also achieving quarterly roadmap goals; identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies during project planning and development; and coordinate with Release Managers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain expected cadence.
