Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, business or a like field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or SEO
  • 1+ years managing external agencies or vendors, ideally within SEO, social or digital communications
  • Experience leading organic search strategy, including site optimization, keyword strategy, and emerging search trends (e.g., AI-powered search) (Preferred)
  • Proficient in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console and Google Analytics (Preferred)
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners such as digital, analytics, and content teams to execute projects effectively (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with social media management and content platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, UberFlip/Pathfactory), and experience interpreting engagement data to inform strategy (Preferred)
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven with experience managing access, workflows, and governance on social and digital platforms (Preferred)
  • Customer-focused with experience representing brands online and evolving communication to align with their ever evolving needs (Preferred)
  • Experience self-directing and being able to manage end-to-end campaign workstreams, including strategy, delivery and reporting (Preferred)
  • Confidence to ask hard questions and push into uncharted territories – and not defaulting to the status quo before exploring new paths and quantifying risk / reward (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Preferred)
  • French language an asset (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day partnership with our external SEO agency to guide strategy, prioritize initiatives, and ensure efforts align with marketing and business objectives
  • Partner with internal Marketing, Content, Web and Analytics teams to implement SEO recommendations, improve site performance, and maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints
  • Lead day-to-day partnership with our social media engagement agency and digital management platform partners to ensure proactive monitoring and engagement across social channels, update brand and product response banks (non-servicing), implement keyword strategy and monitoring on our blog, and surface insights to relevant teams
  • Oversee our presence on relevant third party review platforms (e.g., Trustpilot), coordinating responses to product and brand-related feedback, and identifying insights to enhance brand trust
  • Monitor performance and share actionable insights across SEO, social media and review sites to identify trends, support optimization, and inform marketing strategies
  • Maintain centralized oversight of social media processes, partner with risk and compliance teams to ensure data privacy and Enterprise social media standards are met
  • Stay informed of emerging AI search trends and evolving online behaviours to keep the brand positioned for the future of discovery
