Responsibilities

This role involves leading the end-to-end process for Board and Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, paper requests, chair reports, minute-taking, managing conflicts of interest, and maintaining action trackers. The Senior Assistant Company Secretary will also assist with the US Board, provide support for corporate governance framework development, offer expert advice on governance matters, and lead or support ad-hoc projects such as corporate transactions and regulatory implementations.
