Candidates need expertise in artificial intelligence trends, a thorough understanding of the AI competitive landscape in healthcare, and a well-documented record of successfully targeting, converting, and installing new GI Genius accounts at enterprise level MSO/IDN headquarters, hospitals, and ASCs.
A strong candidate has a proven track record of achieving sales quotas, driving product adoption of Medtronic AI platforms like GI Genius, and demonstrating leadership in cross-functional interactions with only high-level guidance.
