Requirements

  • Extensive experience with configuration and OTB extensions of the Netcracker BSS product suite
  • Strong understanding of configuring integrations within Netcracker
  • Experience with telecom business processes such as billing, order management
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems
  • Experience with API protocols and the TM Forum framework
  • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, scripting

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize BSS products according to business and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand customer needs and translate them into system configurations
  • Implement and test product configurations, ensuring functionality, performance, and compliance
  • Work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration and system behavior
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts
  • Provide support and training to end-users and internal teams on configured solutions
  • Document configuration changes, best practices, and troubleshooting steps
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
  • Mentor and train IT resources on system configurations and customizations
