Extensive experience with configuration and OTB extensions of the Netcracker BSS product suite
Strong understanding of configuring integrations within Netcracker
Experience with telecom business processes such as billing, order management

Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems

Responsibilities

Configure and customize BSS products according to business and technical requirements
Collaborate with business analysts to understand customer needs and translate them into system configurations
Implement and test product configurations, ensuring functionality, performance, and compliance
Work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration and system behavior
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts
Provide support and training to end-users and internal teams on configured solutions
Document configuration changes, best practices, and troubleshooting steps
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Mentor and train IT resources on system configurations and customizations
