The ideal candidate excels at understanding business challenges, translating them into technical solutions, and collaborating with multi-functional teams to drive scalable outcomes. This role is suited for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, are highly organized, and possess deep experience with SaaS ecosystems and enterprise applications.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business and technical teams to define and document requirements for application integrations and workflow automation.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Support, maintain, and optimize key enterprise platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Zoom.
  • Assist in the evaluation, deployment, and configuration of SaaS tools to ensure alignment with business objectives and security standards.
  • Coordinate with development and operations teams to ensure integrations and tools are built, tested, and deployed effectively.
  • Monitor application health and user feedback to identify and drive improvements.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and documentation to support scalable operations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and new technologies, and make informed recommendations for adoption and innovation.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Be challenged with identifying and presenting innovative ideas and proof of concepts that align with customer needs and Mozilla’s engineering standards.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience supporting and leading SaaS applications in organizations with 1,000+ users.
  • Deep expertise in Google Workspace administration (GAM experience is a plus), Slack, and other collaboration and productivity platforms.
  • A proven ability to assemble, document, and translate technical requirements for new application onboarding, integrations, and automation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with API-based integration concepts and platforms.
  • Experience or familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for automation use cases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.
