Requirements

  • Ability to understand overall release projects, aims, and goals; create and manage task lists, tracking, requests, business rules, test plans
  • Skills in organizing tasks for team members and external resources, prioritizing issues, documenting, and elevating as needed
  • Capability to work with Business Technology Management and Project Managers to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Experience providing tier-two level support for user issues, reviewing support requests for system enhancements
  • Knowledge of new application functionality and resources; ability to support and train junior team members
  • Skills in identifying and organizing training plans, creating training materials, and collaborating with resources like Allied Marketing, SEO, Walk Me, BRMs, and Product Managers
  • Ability to identify prevalent user issues and recommend training programs

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the SDLC by managing releases, priorities, and cross-functional team focus aligned with leadership strategy
  • Lead system and client administration: provide user support, training, tier-two support, implementations; create reporting and metrics for Business Technology
  • Manage user security: provide application customization and user rights using admin access within IT best practices
  • Ensure data integrity: use knowledge of applications and enterprise data to advise users or prevent impactful changes
  • Support application releases: create/manage task lists, requests, business rules, test plans; organize tasks, prioritize issues, work with management/Project Managers for timely, on-budget delivery
  • Provide ongoing technical support: tier-two support for issues, review requests for enhancements, stay updated on new functionality
  • Deliver training: support team members, create training materials, collaborate with resources, build competencies for internal/external clients, recommend programs for user issues to ensure adoption and satisfaction
