As a Customer Service Manager, the Senior Analytics Insight Specialist will be responsible for managing all service-related topics, including consultation, case and change request management, and implemented solutions. They will coordinate internal business partners such as Key Account Management, Production, Development, Marketing, and Data Management, working closely with offshore colleagues. The role involves tracking performance using tracking tools, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the fulfillment of Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, the specialist will provide training and presentations to both customers and internal stakeholders, as well as support the planning of new projects and the definition of requirements.
