Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or education analytics, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one programming language like Python or R, as well as data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Deep expertise in educator effectiveness frameworks, instructional improvement cycles, and student learning impact metrics is required, along with experience in developing predictive models and machine learning techniques. Proven ability to lead cross-functional data strategy initiatives, design enterprise-wide analytics frameworks, contribute to data governance, and manage systems integration strategy, including vendor evaluation and API architecture, is essential. A degree in Education, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field is necessary, with a Master's degree being preferred.
