Responsibilities

  • Work with US Sales team, Global Pricing, Sales, Management, Legal, OEC, and Finance to develop pricing strategies ensuring goal achievement, customer satisfaction, legal compliance, and quality system effectiveness
  • Own customer pricing proposal creation from start to finish, utilizing internal and customer templates, including financial and pricing modeling
  • Provide pricing analysis, P&L impact, contract development, and execution for large customers
  • Prepare, analyze, and present active contract performance in relation to contractual obligations
  • Apply critical thinking to solve complex situations and customer requests
  • Carry out all duties in compliance with established business policies
  • Support complex pricing proposals, pricing strategy, and deal configuration
  • Negotiate contractual terms with internal and external customers
  • Coordinate legal review and applicable business approval of contract terms and conditions
  • Own customer contract creation from start to finish, utilizing internal and customer templates, including creation of custom language
  • Counsel field sales on agreement terms and conditions, focusing on business policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Handle other projects as assigned based on key initiatives and MDx divisional priorities
