Responsibilities

  • Ownership over weekly Northern Trust Institute Newsletter
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to identify key themes and priorities
  • Oversee content management in Personalize (Seismic), including the review and update of existing content and retirement of outdated material
  • Work alongside NTI lead designer in the creation of client-ready resources and presentation materials
  • Oversee the Director training including Third Party Partnerships
  • Support of Head of Wealth Advisory, Family Office Solutions, on ad hoc projects and tasks
