Candidates need a Masters Degree in a Quantitative field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelors in a Quantitative field plus 6 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and executing SQL is required, along with a talent for improving business processes, bridging data and business requirements, and leading projects with cross-functional teams.
You'll join the Network Operations Excellence (NOE) team within the Global Support and Integrity Operations (GSIO) organization, focused on providing support for Dashers, Consumers, and Merchants to maximize retention while minimizing costs through feedback, insights, and process improvements.
A strong candidate has experience managing processes and timelines, owning business outcomes across technical teams, creating BI dashboards quickly, leading demand planning, and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
