Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of progressive experience in technical business analysis with significant focus on designing AI/Automation solutions
  • AI Project Experience: Hands-on involvement in at least one large AI implementation (e.g. deploying an AI/ML solution, automation or enterprise chatbot)
  • Nice to Have: Bachelor’s degree in computer science

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, architects and development teams to understand business requirements and map them to technical requirements based on the high-level design from solution architects and key stakeholders
  • Analyze and review cases obtaining the required resources to ensure the solution delivers the intended benefits
  • Translate AI capabilities into meaningful user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models
  • Conduct journey mapping and user research for AI solutions so they can evolve with changing business needs and technologies
  • Test the quality and performance of the solutions/product and its ability to perform a task or solve a problem
  • Document test cases, User Acceptance, technical artifacts
  • Monitor and evaluate bot performance, ensuring accuracy and reliability
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to understand product roadmaps, influence enhancements, and ensure the organization's architecture is future-proof and aligned with industry trends
  • Leverage knowledge to evaluate technological readiness, data availability, and resources to execute the proposed solutions
  • Stay current with the latest AI research, tools, and technologies
  • Act as a bridge between HR COEs and the AI team
  • Perform prompt engineering and use AI terminology
