The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or GenAI products. Hands-on experience with agent-based systems, AI copilots, or automation platforms is essential. Strong technical fluency, including an understanding of LLMs and embeddings, is required, as is a builder's mindset and a proven track record of launching AI-powered solutions in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication skills and a deep sense of ownership are also necessary. Experience with technologies like OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, or similar LLM tech stacks, as well as a background in B2B AI-first platforms or AI-enhanced SaaS in CX, MarTech, or support automation, are considered bonus points.
The Senior AI Product Manager will lead the vision and roadmap for Lucidya’s Agentic AI products, driving their development from concept through launch and beyond. This role involves creating AI-powered agents for tasks such as customer support and lead generation, and translating complex customer needs into scalable AI solutions. Responsibilities include defining product capabilities related to memory, reasoning, action execution, and multi-agent orchestration. The Product Manager will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams to ship features, and partner with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategies. Staying current with emerging technologies like LLMs and RAG pipelines, and owning success metrics for user adoption, retention, satisfaction, and business impact are also key duties.
