Requirements

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML or GenAI development
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI SDKs)
  • Exposure to SaaS Based CRM tools like Salesforce, Zendesk etc
  • Proven experience in building and deploying LLM-based applications and agentic workflows
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and embedding techniques
  • Familiarity with ML Ops tools such as MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Workato, Mulesoft, etc.)
  • AI/GenAI certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., DeepLearning.AI, Google, Microsoft)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of agentic AI systems and GenAI-powered automation solutions
  • Architect and implement integrations with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workato, Mulesoft, JIRA, Confluence, Netsuite, Sharepoint etc.)
  • Expertise in using LLM-based applications based on models like GPT, Gemini, LLaMA, etc
  • Develop and optimize prompt engineering workflows and reusable agentic components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver AI-driven solutions
  • Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for AI and automation initiatives
  • Guide and mentor junior developers and act as a technical escalation point
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards in AI implementations
