Requirements

6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML or GenAI development
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI SDKs)
Exposure to SaaS Based CRM tools like Salesforce, Zendesk etc
Proven experience in building and deploying LLM-based applications and agentic workflows
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and embedding techniques
Familiarity with ML Ops tools such as MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Workato, Mulesoft, etc.)
AI/GenAI certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., DeepLearning.AI, Google, Microsoft)

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of agentic AI systems and GenAI-powered automation solutions
Architect and implement integrations with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workato, Mulesoft, JIRA, Confluence, Netsuite, Sharepoint etc.)
Expertise in using LLM-based applications based on models like GPT, Gemini, LLaMA, etc
Develop and optimize prompt engineering workflows and reusable agentic components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver AI-driven solutions
Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for AI and automation initiatives
Guide and mentor junior developers and act as a technical escalation point
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards in AI implementations
