Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (will accept suitable combination of education, experience, and training)
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities, including senior level executives
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment with high ambiguity
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and handle highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and virtual meeting tools (Zoom/MS Teams); Keynote a plus
  • Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot a plus
  • Previous experience working with and tracking budgets strongly preferred
  • Previous Nike work experience a plus
  • Ability to occasionally work outside of core business hours

  • Ability to prioritize across multiple tasks, set expectations with stakeholders, and adapt style to support leaders and businesses

Responsibilities

  • Complex calendar management: scheduling appointments, meetings, conferences; managing conflicts; coordinating with teammates and leaders
  • Booking travel arrangements: flights, accommodations, transportation; managing itineraries and documentation
  • Planning meetings and events: securing space, handling budgeting, catering, agenda planning, scheduling, reminders, working with external parties
  • Preparing expense reports, tracking budgets, and purchase orders; processing invoices
  • Document preparation and organization: producing, editing, reformatting documents and emails; updating org charts; creating PowerPoint/Keynote presentations; preparing agendas/run of shows
  • Communications: under leader’s direction, write, contribute, edit drafts; involve stakeholders; gain approvals; manage distribution lists; send communications on leader’s behalf
  • Coordinate team space planning, workspace, and/or equipment moves; partner with appropriate stakeholders
