Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable
  • Degree in accounting or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of transactions through automated systems and complex reconciliations
  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused with good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience with SAP ERP and involvement in transitions (advantage)
  • Previous experience in function transitions (advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming and outgoing payments accurately and timely
  • Manage customer invoicing
  • Perform dunning and collection activities to support cash flow
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries and payment discrepancies
  • Conduct account reconciliations and support period-end closing activities
  • Prepare documentation and reports required for audits and year-end closing
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the AR function
  • Train, support, and mentor junior team members
