Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable
- Degree in accounting or a related field
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of transactions through automated systems and complex reconciliations
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused with good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with SAP ERP and involvement in transitions (advantage)
- Previous experience in function transitions (advantage)
Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing payments accurately and timely
- Manage customer invoicing
- Perform dunning and collection activities to support cash flow
- Investigate and resolve customer queries and payment discrepancies
- Conduct account reconciliations and support period-end closing activities
- Prepare documentation and reports required for audits and year-end closing
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the AR function
- Train, support, and mentor junior team members
