Responsibilities

The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee and manage all general accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, tax, and payroll. They will lead the preparation and execution of financial audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. The role involves spearheading the ERP migration while ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to operations. Additionally, they will develop and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures as the business evolves, prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards, monitor and manage cash flow, and collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and actionable recommendations.
