Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business/Finance with an Accounting emphasis, along with proficiency in US GAAP and accrual basis accounting. They should have a minimum of one to three years of total accounting experience and experience with a large ERP system, such as NetSuite, is preferred.

Responsibilities

The General Ledger Accountant will ensure an accurate and timely month-end close by preparing journal entries and account reconciliations for various accounts, assist with flux analysis, coordinate with departments for transaction information, resolve issues, provide backup support to reporting and other teams, participate in the development of procedures and systems, maintain internal controls, and assist with annual audits. They will also contribute to ad-hoc projects and management inquiries, analyzing financial data and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
