  • Capability to oversee production of high-quality content, partnering with creative teams to ensure performance and resonance with target audiences, especially on social media
  • Proficiency in building relationships with internal specialists (paid media, content, creative, planning, analytics) and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to dive deep into niche subject matter for data, insights, and actions
  • Understanding of measurement, KPIs, and ensuring programs perform against success measures
  • Experience monitoring social conversations around clients’ products and providing recommendations
  • Partnership experience with paid media and analytics teams to develop, launch, monitor, and report on campaigns
  • Results-driven mindset to champion projects from start to finish for strong business results
  • Strong client service skills: driving conversations, meeting deadlines, troubleshooting challenges

Responsibilities

  • Partner with and report to the VP, Health Digital
  • Serve as daily client contact and act as client lead when appropriate; address client issues thoughtfully and effectively
  • Oversee operational performance of accounts, ensuring quality work, deadline, and budget adherence
  • Play major role in creation of digital communications plans and goals; manage day-to-day tasks to execute against these plans
  • Oversee production of high-quality content; partner with creative counterparts to ensure content performs and resonates with target audiences, particularly on social media
  • Build relationships with internal specialists (paid media, content, creative, planning, analytics) and senior stakeholders to meet client needs
  • Dive deep into niche subject matter on behalf of clients and industries for data, insights, and actions
  • Understand measurement and KPIs to ensure programs execute and perform against success measures
  • Monitor social conversation around clients’ products and provide recommendations utilizing learnings
  • Partner with paid media and analytics teams to develop, launch, monitor, and report on paid media campaigns
