Experience in the mental health or healthcare industry is preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
This role involves identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities within existing enterprise accounts, building business cases to demonstrate the value of expanded Spring Health offerings, partnering with the Customer Success team to cultivate strong relationships, delivering consultative sales pitches, owning the full sales cycle, meeting and exceeding revenue targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying current on industry trends to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmap development.
