Requirements

  • 8–12 years in sales, business development, or consulting within Consumer Health / FMCG / Life Sciences sector, with at least 3–5 years in client-facing sales
  • Demonstrated success selling consulting projects, syndicated data, technology platforms, or RWE/HEOR solutions to consumer health companies
  • Understanding of consumer health dynamics (OTC, self-care, e-commerce, pharmacy channel, patient adherence, brand lifecycle, regulatory)
  • Track record of quota attainment and consistent pipeline building
  • Strong commercial acumen; skilled in solution design, value articulation, and negotiation
  • Strong presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MSc, or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Fluent English required; Arabic strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 40-50%

Responsibilities

  • Account ownership: Manage a portfolio of consumer health accounts across KSA, deliver on annual bookings and revenue targets
  • New business development: Prospect for opportunities in strategy consulting, commercial planning, consumer insights, RWE/HEOR for OTC, E-commerce and digital health
  • Solution shaping: Identify client challenges (e.g., category growth, Rx-to-OTC switches, consumer engagement, patient adherence, digital retail, supply chain optimization) and assemble the right IQVIA solution
  • Multi-offering sales: Cross-sell IQVIA services—consulting, data subscriptions, syndicated audits, analytics platforms, technology solutions, real world evidence and Patient engagement
  • Pipeline leadership: Lead end-to-end sales cycle: in collaboration with service team needs assessment, solution design, commercial modeling, negotiations, and contracting
  • Client engagement: Develop and maintain relationships across marketing, medical, regulatory, commercial, and general business management functions
  • Collaborate internally: Work closely with consulting partners, analytics, RWE, HEOR, technology/digital leads, and PSP teams to ensure integrated client solutions
  • Market intelligence: Monitor consumer health and wellness market trends; translate insights into account opportunities
  • Pipeline & governance: Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, ensure forecasting accuracy, and follow IQVIA compliance/ethical standards
