Responsibilities

  • Owning relationships with key schools, helping them hire smarter and faster
  • Leading school leaders through recruitment processes with a consultative approach
  • Picking up the phone and building genuine relationships (outbound calling focused on helping)
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Ops, and Tech teams to ensure schools get the best experience
  • Diving into whatever’s needed, including chatting with Headteachers about savings, sourcing teachers, following up to expand usage, sharing product feedback, resolving bookings, and brainstorming pipeline improvements
