  • Several years of sales experience within the research, healthcare, diagnostics, or clinical market
  • Shown success in working with diagnostics solution-based products in these markets
  • Strong commercial skills with the ability to promote technical solutions as efficient investments
  • Proficiency with modern user interfaces, document and presentation preparation, and report writing
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Polish and English
  • Prior experience in Molecular Biology, Next Generation Sequencing, or Oncology is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities in hospitals and clinical diagnostics laboratories. Coordinate the entire sales process from initiation to completion
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for targeted accounts, including a comprehensive territory business analysis for quarterly management review
  • Maintain consistent and structured communication with team members and provide summarized updates to the Manager periodically
  • Successfully integrate into a team-selling environment by partnering sales efforts with other colleagues within the organization
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to support the development and execution of marketing programs and sales materials
  • Drive the successful adoption of our technology across all applied markets while exploring additional applications and solutions
  • Identify potential target customers through direct marketing and research, including the exploration of additional applied markets
  • Lead and champion key relationships with collaborating partners
  • Maintain and develop the CRM database, providing regular sales reports and forecasts
