Requirements

Candidates should possess an completed degree in business or communication sciences, or a comparable training. Prior experience in an agency setting, ideally with an online focus, as an Account or Project Manager, or in a similar role is desired.

Responsibilities

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for serving as a central point of contact between clients and the team, providing both operational support and strategic consultation, and driving the development of defined client accounts. This includes coordinating projects across digital campaigns, social media, new branding, e-commerce, website, CRM, and media resources, while ensuring quality, timing, and controlling are consistently applied. The role also involves independently preparing and delivering client presentations and workshops, and working autonomously as part of an interdisciplinary project team, collaborating with Account Management, Strategy, Creative, Performance, and Client teams.
