Responsibilities

  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and asset delivery across teams and partners
  • Manage and optimize content across social platforms, applying latest trends and AI-powered features
  • Track and report performance metrics with actionable recommendations, in collaboration with the Performance Team
  • Oversee community management, ensuring authentic engagement and monitoring sentiment and feedback
  • Collaborate with creative, PR, ATL, and influencer teams to develop integrated campaigns
  • Support junior team members in content, reporting, and community management best practices
