Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in technology solution-based selling, specifically in SaaS, Unified Communications, Cloud applications, VoIP, and telephony, with a demonstrated sales record of exceeding quota and successfully obtaining new logos. They should also have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to convey ideas effectively, and an entrepreneurial attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly, along with a Bachelor’s degree and preferred continued training and education.
The Senior Account Executive, Majors will drive new revenue through customer acquisition in a designated territory and named accounts, consistently striking and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. They will partner with regional VARs to effectively identify, engage, and deliver new customers, own strategy around funnel, pipeline, and forecasting, and demonstrate experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling.
