Requirements

The ideal candidate should have extensive closing experience in a software or SaaS business, managing multi-threaded sales processes and enterprise deals, along with experience selling highly technical products/services. Prior experience in the payments space or selling B2B SaaS is preferred, as is experience selling to technical persons, (CTO, Head of Product, (Technical) Founders). Familiarity with eCommerce providers such as Stripe, Braintree, PayPal, Cleverbridge and subscription based services like Chargebee, Zuora, and Recurly is also desirable.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building pipeline from leads, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, mastering Paddle’s product and articulating its value to key decision-makers, working with management and departments to determine effective sales approaches, identifying flaws in products and informing product roadmap, mentoring new Account Executives, and contributing to ambitious growth plans by converting qualified leads into delighted Paddle customers.
