Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field (advanced degree a plus, but mathematical maturity matters more)
  • 3+ years in a quantitative finance field or 5+ years in software development with very strong coding and architecture skills
  • Passion for programming
  • Exposure to an “industrial strength” programming language (C++ preferred, but experience with writing performant code key)
  • Analytical cast of mind and keen interest in solving analytical problems
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts simply to non-technical people

Responsibilities

  • Develop Private Credit analytics for private market loans
  • Maintain and enhance existing interest rate, inflation, FX, and equity derivatives models
  • Expand product and market coverage by researching, implementing, and rolling out new quantitative models and analytics
  • Design APIs to provide clients with novel ways of leveraging models
  • Refactor existing analytical code to make it more modular and scalable
  • Keep abreast of recent trends in technology, quantitative finance, capital markets, and regulation; apply latest techniques to daily work
