Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years in IT security experience is required, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience with BURPSUITE, enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point), and cloud security for AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud is essential. Experience with DDoS mitigation is also required.
The Security Lead will develop and maintain the IT security roadmap, lead security design reviews, and deploy/manage network security appliances. Responsibilities include implementing cybersecurity protocols, designing DDoS protection, enforcing security measures in cloud environments, and monitoring cloud configurations for compliance. The role also involves leading threat modeling, risk assessment, vulnerability management, and overseeing incident response. Additionally, the Security Lead will ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, maintain security documentation, mentor security engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
