Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand and walk for the entire length of shift, and walk up and down stairs frequently

Responsibilities

Review patron's IDs for authenticity and age verification upon arrival
Operate metal detectors and vet guests as they pass through the devices
Direct visitors and vendors to appropriate locations and escort the transfer of monies from one area to another
Observe and report procedural violations, rule infractions, and illegal activity; notify management when necessary
Document property damage, theft, fraud, burglaries, unusual occurrences, lost and found, and patron or employee injury
Respond to patron disputes, aggressive behavior incidents, intoxicated patrons, medical incidents, and accidents, fire alarms, and other life safety matters. May be required to render medical first aid
