Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Accenture MxDR Ops Security Threat Analysis, a bachelor's or master's degree in addition to 15 years of full-time education, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, security devices, network defense concepts, and the threat landscape. Experience in SIEM and threat hunting tools is required, with desirable knowledge in scripting languages and EDR products, and preferred certifications such as GCIA, GCFA, or CISSP. Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills are essential, along with adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

Security Engineers will apply security skills to design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people, safeguarding information and infrastructure against cyber threats. This involves performing security monitoring by analyzing logs, traffic, and alerts, responding to customer requests for detection capabilities and tuning, and researching new threats to enhance detection. The role includes identifying opportunities for process improvement and working within a 24x7 rotational shift analysis team.
