Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or have relevant experience. Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems is required, along with experience or demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response. Strong customer empathy and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Experience as a security advisor or consultant and knowledge of frameworks like ISO 27001/2, NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Critical Security, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, and MITRE ATT&CK are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Falcon Complete Security Advisor will assess customer environments for alignment with Falcon Complete standards and provide recommendations for security improvement. They will create and recommend remediation for CrowdStrike products, contact customers upon identification of misalignment, and document, update, and resolve customer-related issues according to procedures and SLAs. The role involves developing and providing service reports, partnering with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and liaising with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
