Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in a retail (or service-oriented) environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and enthusiastically
  • Strong judgment and a service- and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts (up to 25 hours per week, averaging 15-20 hours; at least two weekend shifts Friday–Sunday; available for key holidays and peak periods including week before/after Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year’s)
  • Passionate, inclusive, and positive demeanor
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, physically move products, and lift up to 20 pounds
  • Availability for seasonal contract from mid-October through January 2026

Responsibilities

  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered 100% of the time
  • Act as a Brooklinen brand ambassador, always putting the customer first
  • Engage with loyal customers in-person and form new customer relationships
  • Educate customers on product assortment, brand history, and value proposition
  • Work in the back of house to receive and organize inventory
