Requirements

Candidates must reside in AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking for problem-solving, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro with InDesign and Lightroom as a plus). Experience with G-Suite and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented remote environment are also necessary.

Responsibilities

Seasonal Print Quality Assistants will research and document root causes of replacement orders, proofread and edit design files to meet customer needs, and utilize various resources to find optimal solutions. They will communicate directly with customers via email to resolve post-print issues, assist with creating new orders, and troubleshoot technical, design, and print errors. This role involves collaborating with other teams to ensure high-quality customer service and product delivery.
