Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The Consumer Service Operations Representative 1 is responsible for the daily activities across multiple service functions areas. The Consumer Service Operations Representative 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.
The Consumer Service Operations Representative 1 may perform installation, implementation, client support, client services, client administration, customer service, enrollment and eligibility, claims processing, and call center operations. Investigates and settles claims and customer service issues. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.
Use your skills to make an impact. We need your assistance in ensuring that the Medicare Supplement consumer has a positive member experience. Your assistance in preparing and scrubbing applications assists the Underwriter in completing the work timely.
You will primarily take inbound calls as well as make outbound calls related to Medicare Supplement plans. You will take 20-30 inbound calls from members, agents and other teams within Billing and Enrollment. You will prepare and scrub applications for underwriting review which includes reviewing enrollment applications and ensuring all questions are complete on the Medicare Supplement Application. Any missing information will be properly documented.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $39,000 - $49,400 per year
