The Consumer Service Operations Representative 1 is responsible for daily activities across multiple service functions, performing basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks. This role involves taking inbound and outbound calls related to Medicare Supplement plans, preparing and scrubbing applications for underwriting review, and ensuring all required information is complete. The representative will investigate and settle claims and customer service issues within defined parameters and under close supervision.
