Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum of 16 hours of availability per week, supporting business needs including nights, weekends, holidays (required shifts: Black Friday, Dec 24th, Dec 26th, and peak weekend days through holiday season)
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch for product, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
  • Regularly stand and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers
  • Experience in retail, sales, or the service industry (preferred)
  • Passion for helping others and being part of a team (preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment (preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills and comfort receiving feedback (preferred)
  • Ambition to learn and grow from others (preferred)

Responsibilities
