Candidates must possess a PhD with 7+ years of industry experience in life sciences or a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience, including extensive domain knowledge in drug discovery, preclinical development, CMC, or product quality testing. A proven track record of defining, designing, prototyping, and implementing productized AI/ML-driven use cases in cloud environments is required. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing extensive exploratory data analysis, and engaging diverse audiences with excellent communication skills is also necessary. Candidates must demonstrate extreme ownership and a history of building extensible data models and applications for Biopharma end users.
The Scientific Data Architect will be a critical team member in industrializing Scientific AI through direct customer engagement onsite in the Tokyo Region, building strong relationships, deeply understanding scientific data challenges, and accelerating solutions. Responsibilities include designing and prototyping AI/ML-driven use cases, optimizing workflows to enable scientific outcomes, and advising scientists in a consulting capacity to further research, development, and quality testing outcomes.
