Responsibilities

Initiate and facilitate access to mental health support services for students and families, ensuring timely and effective connections to resources
Guide families through the Medicaid eligibility screening and application process, providing support and guidance every step of the way
Collaborate with schools and community agencies to identify programs that address student and family needs, promoting a comprehensive approach to support
Conduct comprehensive family assessments to identify strengths, problems, and needs, informing effective support strategies
Verify benefits for families with private insurance and conduct screenings for grant funding eligibility, ensuring access to necessary resources
